Need union advice

Hi there, I would like to register with a union , please could you kindly advise which union is the best to register with?

    National Nursed United allows nurses not in a facility based union to join as a member-at-large.  Most U.S nursing unions only permit membership in a collective bargaining unit  when working bedside within a facility represented by the union..

    In my southeast PA area, Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals is the largest nursing and allied health union established in 2000; their FAQ section explains how a nursing union works and organizing one.
