actually this prob is not mine but my friend one.. what she worried now coz she is applying for visa screening certificate and there is a part of the form that requires to be filled up, asking which US states intended for practice?.can she just put any state eventhough she is not sure yet of which state she really want to work? is she able to change that if incase???

Has she already applied with a state BON? Does she not have any ideas on where she wants to live in the US? may be worth putting that state down otherwise I think you may be able to leave it blank.

You generally don't get visa screen certificate until you can supply passing info for NCLEX/CGFNS exam. If she hasn't yet decided on a state or even found if she's eligible, be aware that the Visa Screen application will expire after one year, even if you've paid, if you haven't provided the NCLEX result.

Just because someone applies to a state for initial licensure, that does not mean that they are going to work in that state. And they are not required to.

If they are not sure, then they leave it blank. Samething if applying for the VSC because they took the CGFNS exam, there is no state involved in that.

It does not need to be changed later on, either.
