i've had my littman classic for about 8 years. i think it's time for a new one. it works great but i think i need a little bit of a change as i am very HOH in one ear and have lately been hearing some background noise moreso than i have in the past. i have never had a problem hearing anything with my littman before but i think i may want to go with a single head stethoscope now.
i am looking at ultrascopes and also kila cardiology (they are much more affordable!)
any recommendations either way??? any answers appreciated :)

I wanted an Ultrascope sooooo badly but couldn't hear diddly with one
I've been very happy with my Littman Cardiology III. During NS a classmate had the Littman Electronic and you could hear the wings on a fly from 100' away (maybe a *slight* exaggeration..hehe) but the danged thing was HEAVY!

I too have a Cardiology III. I know the price is a little steep, but I really do like it. Great acoustics and from what i have seen, lots of our flight nurses in the area like them, too.
