Need a really specific watch...

Alright... I need a watch that meets the following criteria:

  • Waterproof
  • Band wide enough to cover wrist tattoo
  • Must have traditional face with second hand (no digital)

Any good brands to refer?

Try looking at Target, walmart, Kohls or JC Penney. I have went through several watches since I started school. And after a year each working as an assistant and as an RN - I have probably had three watches each year. I have dropped them, run them into walls, anything you can do to watches I have done to mine. And you don't even want to get me started on what gross stuff has been on my watches... Sometimes all the cleaning in the world won't make it seem cleaner. "bigger" banded and faced watches are popular right now so that should help you. Hope this helps you some.

I can't speak to its durability (haven't started wearing it yet) but I ordered and recently received this watch: http://www.allheart.com/product/p/nm9112/. It's bigger than I had expected, has gotten good reviews, and also shows military time.

The only watch I wear is a fossil, have many different ones but they have wide bands, a second hand, and keep time.

Casio watches are a little on the large side, which might help to cover your tattoo. The one I have is white, water resistant, military time, date and day of the week. I love it and have received many compliments. It's durable, easy to clean and looks nice at the same time.
