need some motivation and tips!

well, im testing on monday 06/02/2014. i feel like im ready. but every time i think about it i get anxious. my heart feels like exploding, my hands and feet are sweaty. what did you all do to release all this anxiety? what is the best advice you can give me the night before and the morning before the test... :(

Breathe. You know this stuff, you've passed the classes and the program, you're good. My Med-Surge II teacher said if we could pass her final, the NCLEX would be a breeze--and she was right! Don't overthink the questions, just take them at face value. Breathe!!
