Hi sunkissed, the best thing I believe you can do is do as many questions as you can and read the rationales b/c it helps you to understand why you got the answer wrong and broadens your knowledge base. It also wouldn't hurt to read the rationales for the ones you get right either. Try not to stress and try to be as relaxed as you can when you go and test. You can do it, it doesn't matter how the next person did. Believe in yourself that you will pass.
Rooting for you!:)
thanks to blessed for rooting for me, uuuuummmm... i have applied for LPN licensure here in guam because they require a CGFNS. my classmates in the review class say that if i register in california i can take the RN exam without the CGFNS. my question is, do i apply for the licensure in california here in guam or do i have to download the application forms from california? because my transcripts are already here in guam and has been approved already. i don't think i can have my school send another one to california because it gets messed up, i had to go back to the philippines just to hurry up the process of sending my transcripts to guam. can i apply for the california licensure using guam's application? pls help.... thanks!!
Hi SunKissed, I personally don't know how that process goes, but there is a moderator of this forum name Suzanne who can possibly answer that for you. She's very knowledgeable. Try giving sending her a private message. Or maybe someone else will be able to help you.

Most states actually only require the CES, which is a credentials evaluation, it is not an exam. I do not recommend the CGFNS exam for anyone, especially if you are already in Guam and can take the exam there. I also would not recommend the LPN exam...........completely different from the RN exam.
You will have to apply to which ever state that you want, they will not be able to use any documents that you already submitted to Guam.
