Need help!

Hi there!

I hope someone could help me.

I am an overseas nurse. I have passed my nclex rn in 2007 in California. And has an expired visa screen certificate.

I'm currently here in Colorado on a vacation when a company offered me a job and they are willing to sponsor my h1b visa.

I will be requesting my nclex rn exam result ftom CA to be transferred here.

Questions are:

>how do I register online to make an account, I don't have an SSN. I'm stuck at creating an account. I would like to apply for endorsement by examinatin.

>can my h1b be approved even without a license here yet?

Other info are welcome.

Thank you so much in advance!

You can't endorse as you have no license to endorse. You complete application for exam and then ask CA to forward NCLEX results to new BON. Be aware if the company is not affected by the cap ie is non-profit or higher education then generally the company can not apply until April and no guarantee that you will be successful so make sure you ask your company if they are affected or not. H1b will require visa screen certificate from CGFNS
