Consult an attorney. Review the fine print on the contract.

thanks JustBeachyNurse for your reply. I am considering that.

Were you led to believe that The College Network was a degree granting institution? Were you pressured to sign the contract by a salesman that wouldn't take no for an answer? If so you may have adequate grounds to get out of the contract and you should call your state's Department of Consumer Affairs and your state's Attorney General's office and the Attorney General's office in the state of Indiana. Tell them that you were misled or pressured to sign the contract. Did you pay by credit card? If so, call your credit card company and explain to them how you were misled or pressured and that you want to dispute the charges. Offer to forward this link to your credit card company...

Test preparation or predator? The College Network faces complaints, lawsuit

If you weren't misled or pressured, consult an attorney as you may be in breach of contract.
