I did mental health in june and it was not as bad asit seemed. The Saunders book will help you somewhat to understand and it breaks it down in simple terms. Suanders NCLEX review helps with the medication too. Just take your time and read the information and so the quizes. They will help a great deal with the medication. Use flash cards too. I made up slogans to remember most of my medication too.

Don't try to study everything at once, also. I would suggest breaking down the med categories and trying to concentrate on only the most pertinent info-the most common side effect or the most-seen manifestations of the mental illness. It's not that bad, you'll do great;-)
