I would ask your preceptor where those things are documented in your particular system.

i would just study the forms that you have to fill out and then do them accordingly.. if you really don't know what your doing... just ask someone like lpnflorida said.... no one is gonna let you drown on those forms... ask for help and someone will through you a lifeline...

and...... don't freak out so much.... you will be fine.....
