Does your husband's visa allow you to work? You have to meet NMC overseas requirements which can take a while to go through and pass English exam and I think you may need a license from the Philippines also NMC Overseas

yes, my visa allows me to work here in UK. thanks for the advice.

You are going to have to go through the NMC registration process and they will check your training hours to make sure they comply. It may be that they will ask you to complete a overseas nursing program, also even if you manage to get registered and have a working visa unless you have specialist skills such as senior level ICU or NICU I suspect you are going to struggle to gain employment.

The NHS employers are obliged to recruit UK then EU nurses before even considering international candidates.

Also if you are not registered as a nurse in your home country then I don't think you will meet the NMC criteria, additionally as a new grad, you are really not going to have much luck as you will be competing with UK newly qualifieds who will and should have priority with employment

i"m an EU registered nurse, with Italian citizenship, working in icu, graduated from university in italy with bachelor"s degree.

can anyone tell me the right way how to "certificate " my documents, in the right way , to register to the NMC.

I hate it to be refused the documents, because of some stamp lacking.... i"ve got a long experiense these years with certificating my ucrainian documents, I know all the difficulties one can meet.

thanks

p.s. i"ve already got my application NMC form to fill in. want to do it correctly
