Moved to the International forum as per the red banner which asks that all questions regarding US immigration is placed in the International forum
Ca can take up to 6 months, have you contacted them to see if there are any problems with your application? If you do not already have a tourist visa then you may have problems getting one especially as it can now be taken in the Philippines.

Fist, there is no way to apply directly for the NCLEX exam. So not sure what your aunt has to do with your testing.
If you do not already have a visa for the US, you will not get one based on the need to test. Especially when there is a center directly in Manila, and no way for you to remain in the US when that visa is up. There are no visas for you to do anything else, no matter what any family member tells you.
