Need help on passing the PSB Test

I am going to take a re-test for the PSB test. I did well on everything but the Judgment and Comprehension in Practical Nursing Situations section. An example question was something like: You see your patient crying after his visitor just left should you call the head nurse, call the doctor, try to calm the patient or chase down the visitor an find out what he did. Can anyone offer some advice on these types of queations, or maybe a study book I should buy?

I don't know of any books to help with the test. A lot of it is just common sense. You just need to weed out the answers that don't make sense. If you think about the question you posted, what is going to help the patient right then? What can YOU do to help the patient? Hope this helps. Good Luck
