I was wondering if anyone out there could help me with a study plan. I have taken the NCLEX twice and failed it. I have no idea on where to start studying. I am about to give up on this. This test is driving me crazy!

Study like u never took it before. Start with your weaknesses first, that's what I read in this wonderful site. Me too have failed once and planning on taking it on Monday. Any advice about ur experience will help. My anxiety level is up high especially the fact everyone I know know that I'm taking it. I had a dream I pass and I hear dream work opposite so that make me furious. I find saunders helpful fir content, although the qs are easier once u do them and understand the rationales I think u will be ok. Lacharity get high praises too. First thing is yo get back studying. Whichever u choose and continuous prayer. Good luck to us

I agree with Shorty091985, study like you've never taken the test, but keep your weaknesses in mind.
I know it was really hard to study after I failed for the first time, so I had to take a break and relax with a fresh mind before studying again.
If you are having a hard time with content, try studying a review book like Saunders. Make sure you know the basic A&p, typical DX tests for each system and meds as well. I answered questions from Saunders and NCLEX 4000 to test my content knowledge
Also you can try studying with an Iluustrated study guide, if you are more of a visual learner.
Also, make sure you listen and know some common heart and lung sounds as well.
Once you have mastered the content, try working on priority and delegation questions (if you are taking NCLEX-RN, for the PN, priority questions then)
What I used to review questions were:
*ExamCram (great book, has a free electronic copy of it too. The questions were hard, but good.)
*Prioritization book by LaCharity is challenging but has many priority question. The 2nd edition is the most recent one
*If you have Kaplan, question trainer 6 & 7 are really close to questions like in the NCLEX
When you feel confident that you know the material, schedule your test.
Hope this helps and good luck!

Start with the first chapter of your review book and move forward from there. No need to get elaborate. Good luck.
