need some help with microbilogy in summer

Hi everybody

Iam taking microbiology 107 this summer. any goodweb site for practice please. every thing is going just so fast and i am afraid to lose the track. i am a good student but a slow learner. this is my first summer class experience. very very nervous. i am having diarreha all the time. may be i am too much stressed out.

i love to read all your emails. you are very wondeful poeple. good luck to all summer students. very proud of poeple taking more than one summer class. i wish i can do that too but i am not that good i guess.

Hey there, I know how you feel - it's easier said than done for worries like us, lol, to "not worry".

I had my first class last week (we are suppose to go Mon and Wed every week but she had to miss the 1st Wed and tomorrow is Holiday) so luckily, Ive had time to study BUT I"m scared poopless.

I wish I had some good advice for you but I don't. I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone!

I go to Tidewater Community college and had the same thing happen to me (M, W class but she wasnt there on Weds either) Thought it would be neat if maybe we were in the same class. Let me know, maybe we could study together. I will need all the help I can get. I'm already stressing as well. She scared the heck of out me too :)

First advice that I want to give you is, ... calm down, you will do fine!! I took Microbiology last summer. I know what it is like to cram a 16 wk course into only 10 wks. On top of that, the college fired our instructor half way through the semester. So, by the time summer was over we had 4 different instructors with 4 different teaching and testing methods. I felt the same way you do now. However, I cracked down, didn't go out much and just studied, studied, studied. It payed off in the end b/c I managed to get an A. The thing is, I told myself I would never take another summer course again, and here I am this summer taking Medical Terminology. Believe me it's not easy, but I have promised myself I am not going to give up!! Just b/c you are not taking more classes does not mean you are any less capable. Just hang in there, and I promise you will end the summer with not only relief, but the feeling of accomplishment, as well. I don't know any websites b/c I used the CD-ROM from the textbook. If there is anything else I can do let me know.
