Go to "Plan a healthy menu" on the right hand side in the links.
Trust me. You can do an entire meal plan and it will tell you how much of each food group, how many calories, how much fat, etc etc. We had to do this in nutrition class as well, and that's how I completed the assignment.

So in my nutrition class we got an extra credit assignment of making a full meal plan (Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner) for different Nutrition cases. Mine is 2000 cal with increased K+, decreased NA+, 20% Protein, 55% Carbs, 25% fat with 10% saturated. I was wondering if ya'll might have any tips or websites to help me?
they would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
