Need aggregate teaching idea's for nurses

So, I am an ASN and work in an ER already. I am in school getting my BSN and am in a community health class. I need to do an aggregate teaching project for my coworkers. I need to find a documentable health concern with nurses that I can back up with data and then create a teaching project based on this. Can anyone give me some ideas of things that would be easily documented. I.E. data that shows 42% nurses have back injuries, or 38% of nurses smoke. Anyone know where I might find this type of data to guide me towards a project topic?

Are you in my class?? I'm doing the exact same thing right now.

I just finished one on Men's Health that I did for a group of friends.

The next aggregate I choose is going to be my coworkers, and I'm probably going to go with stress and burnout using my school's online library for references. Also if I type "nurse burnout" at http://www.findarticles.com some good research articles come up.
