Need advice

Hello Friends,

I need some good advice.

I was terminated a few weeks ago from a long term care facility after 5 months there. I am a new LP nurse. 1st nursing job. I just graduated last dec. Am trying to find a another job. Should I put my last employer on there and say do not contact them. Or should I leave it off since I was there such a short time. Many of the LTC facilities are looking for some experience and when I don't show any experience it's not good. It is a tough situation and a tough job market.

I appreciate your help! :yeah::redbeathe

It really depends on why you were fired and what they're going to say about you if contacted, do you feel like elaborating?

you do have five months of experience...and yeah..what's the deets ?

The short answer relates to giving insulin w/o dr's order. There's more to it..I had better leave them off.
