Need advice what to do?

Hello everyone, I need your advice on my situation.

I graduated as an RN in december 2010 and passed my board in March 2011, I applied to so many places, and one SNF that applied to on March 6th, 2011 interviewed me on the spot but she didn't have any opening available then, she said she will keep my application and give me a call when something opens up, I sent her a thank you letter 2 days after my first interview. on the time of the interview, I just found that the day before that I am 10 weeks pregnant, and I was going to tell the DON if she called me for second interview, I don't like to cheat or lie especially you can't hide pregnancy forever, eventually my belly will pop out and become obvious to everyone that I am pregnant and I don't want the DON to think that I was decietful.

This morning, the DON called my house and left a message that something opens up and she will like me to come for a 2nd interview if I am still interested. Now that I am 26 wks pregnant and my belly really showing, I don't know what to do? Should I call her back and explained to her that I am really interested in the job but I am pregnant? or should I just go and thank her for the opportunity and let her decide if she will hire me even with my big belly?

What do you guys think?

any input or advice will be greatly appreciated.

sorry for the long post.
