i graduated my bs nursing in the phils. 5yrs ago and did not bother to make it as my career and now i am thinking of pursuing it but i totally forgot everything. what's the best move. i am now based here in u.s. pls help!

welcome to the site, would suggest doing plenty of reading on this forum especially the sticky Primer to working in the US I am sure you will find many answers

You will need to apply to the state BON for where you wish to work, and thebn once accepted by them you will be permitted to sit for the NCLEX exam. You will need to meet the requirements for the foreign-trained nurse, even if you have a green card now, or even a US passport. Those requirements are not waived for you, and they will vary by state.
Check out the NCLEX forum for help with preparing for that exam.
