NCP

Hello A.N ☺ Please help me to find at least 5 priority problems in my NCP. The patient was diagnosed of Myelofibrosis and has (+) splenomegaly, hepatomegaly, ascites, pleural effusion and pericardial effusion and anasarca. She's using lasix from year 2014 up to now.

Thank you so much in advance!

Is there any assessment data? That is important for any care plan.

Otherwise, what do you think someone with these conditions might need from an RN? Please tell us what you'very come up with so far so we can point you in the right direction. Simply giving answers isn't an effective way to help you learn.

You cannot develop a Nursing Care Plan based upon Medical Diagnoses.... you will first need to compile Nursing Assessment data & cluster that data to determine appropriate Nursing Diagnoses & related Nursing interventions.
