I was in the sane situation as you were. Got my letter on Tuesday and need to retake. I plan on changing the things I studied...which is focusing more on content. I used kaplan and saunders but all I did was practice questions and not focus on learning the material . What did you use to study?

The Hurst review is wonderful for core content. That's the only thing I used to study. Hang in there keep studying and you'll make it :)

Just think of it this way...by the time you start working as an RN (which you WILL) you'll have alooottt of knowledge because of all the reviewing. Its going to help you out so much.
