US Immigration will not grant a tourist visa for the purpose of sitting for the NCLEX exam, especially now that it is offered in other countries. And has been for some time.
Please go to the website of Pearson-Vue at www.pearsonvue.com and take a look at the International sites, closest to you would probably be London, England. It is also offered in Hong Kong, Seoul, Japan, Taiwan, etc.

Hi silverdragon, where is the appropriate place to get answers pls? thanks
most questions regarding immigration would be best on this the international forum, as Suzanne has already said you will not get a visa to go to the US to sit the NCLEX, it can now be taken in other countries so once you have got your ATT you then apply to pearsonvue to sit the NCLEX
