I have studied like crazy went to tutoring, etc... I started the exam this am at 7:45 was out of there by 9:15ish and shut off at 75. I had a million drug questions and priorty, only 2-3 infection control, 2 drag these in order, 2 dosage and calcs, and 3 select all that apply. I didn't think that was sooo bad until I get online and read about how the less SATA questions that you have the worse you are doing b/c you are not up to NCLEX 'standard' but yet they keep asking me about drugs that I swear do NOT exist! I need someone to tell me to stop crying, freaking out, pulling my hair out, etc... that passed with 75qs and very FEW SATA. I'm all discouraged, I was under the impression cutting off at 75 was a good thing, I was very much mistaken!

Believe it or not, your test sounds very similar to what mine was on Monday - the only change is that I had more like 7-9 SATA. I left the testing center, and I went home to start studying again...I was so scared. My board of nursing had my results up within 24 hours, and suprisingly I passed!!!! Just relax, this is a normal feeling, and I am sure you did just fine...you prepared yourself well...the wait is horrible I know, but treat yourself to a movie, dinner, shopping whatever to keep your mind off of the test!!! :) :) :)

It's easier said than done, but just try to keep yourself busy and just try not to think about it! The more you think about the more negative thoughts you put in your head and the more more miserable you will feel!
I sincerely hope all goes well for you! Just have that faith in yourself. Dont loose that! That will keep you strong!
Let us know how you did! Cross my fingers for you!!
I take take my RN boards this Tuesday the 22nd!

SATA questions are only a format style, and there is no reason that you need to get any on your exam to pass it. They do not determine the level of the question at all.
Best of luck to you. You have odds of 85% in your favor that you pass the first time, and those are excellent results.
