I'm currently studying for my exam, I take it next month. I am currently studying exam cram, Saunders and I just ordered lacharity I'm planning on doing the Kaplan Q&A as well. Mind you this I graduated nursin school 2 yrs ago I know! I sat for my NCLEX and failed so now I'm trying again! I pray to the lord I get this over with. I just hope I'm studying all that is necessary to pass... Does anyone have any pointers on any don't forget to study this material?

After seeing the test today! Practice Sata, fill-in-the-blank, hot spots, chart/exhibit and drag-and-drop a lot!
someone told me that lacharity was more towards RN?

Alot of cna delegation and meds. SATA is rough so stick with the nursing process and maslow. Pt safety was extreme so know this well. Yes as drag & drop is plentiful so review all your fundamental skills.

same boat graduated in 09 tested twice and failed and gave up till now I'm studying Saunders fifth edition and practicing 200 questions a day also using aTI DVD for lectures I just order the Kaplan book heard it's a great book to learn strategies of testing
A LPN stated she studied from lacharity and it helped her for delegation and prioritizing. So I'm givin it a try! We can do this guys, DonT GiVE Up!!! This will b my second time taking it! I pray this is the last...

I've been doing lacharity but I've been getting more wrong than right answers and I'm concerned now , is this book supposed to be harder questions because I'm trying my best but I ended up choosing the wrong one , any advice ??

LaCharity is geared more towards NCLEX-RN but if you are bridging to RN in the fall you will be ahead of the game.
Thanks a lot
