Nclex Pn

I am extremely nervous about taking my NCLEX PN. I graduated from LPN school last week and am waiting for my date but am nervous as heck. I am so nervous I don't know what to study, Kaplan, Davis, Saunders, my Med Surge book???? Can anyone tell me what a majority of their questions was on? What should I really focus in on?

I just took my NCLEX last week and I used Saunders book. It really help. I Passed... I would stick with one book Most of my classmates used Saunders and they passed..........Good Luck

Don't confuse yourself with too many books, try and practice as many questions as you can and make sure you understand the rationale to the ones you get wrong

Also have a read through the threads on here, plenty of good advice on study

Good luck
