Nclex Paralysis

I took the NCLEX, was completely paralyzed because of anxiety, and when I got out I realized what the answers were to the questions I got.

I now would have to retake the NCLEX, and I am feeling so bummed and so stupid. It's like I cannot do anything right.

I know I shouldn't try something like this to break me, but it's hard. I thought I was prepared - and one minute into the exam I was panicking like crazy and couldn't think.

It's a tough test. Remember that the exam is designed so that both passers and failers get 50% right and 50% wrong. In other words, missing a lot of questions is not a sign of failure. Did you get your results yet?

Agree with Eric, it isn't a nice exam to take. Have you received your results yet if not hang in and wait you may be surprised. Good luck

OMG.

After a month and two weeks of waiting, I found out just earlier that I actually passed.

I am so surprised.

Btw, the result came late because according to the BON hotline last Tuesday, my "evaluator is on leave since thanksgiving and hasn't mailed the result yet."

Nice.

I thought in America everything works?

Congratulations!

Whether things work depends on the state, too.
