You should know within two weeks.

When I took my LPN boards in '93, we all had 400 questions, taken with a pencil, and we had to wait 4 months for results.

wow 400 questions i can't even imagine, after 81 questions i felt that i must have failed, and i wanted to keep going. thanks for your reply, i feel better. 2 weeks that's even a long time. most of my friends only had to wait 3 or 4 days but with all the budget cuts people are having to wait longer.

I got my unofficial results from the pearson website in 2 days for 7.95. http://www.pearson.com/nclex My license came in 5 days via mail- pretty quick in my case. Good luck

Hang in there... here in Va. there is no way to find out, either but to wait for your letter in the mail. I, too, had somewhere between 78-82 questions, and passed... but I remember well that feeling of "gee, I want/need MORE questions !!!"

Yes, I passed with that amount, and it took ten days exactly to get my results in the mail. Like you, and EVERYBODY that has to wait, it's a TORTUROUS time... but you WILL survive !!!

I still have to laugh when I see, "Whaaa, it's been 2 days and I still don't know if I passed!"

My boards took two days, and it took almost three months to get the results.

I STILL HAVE TO LAUGH WHEN I SEE AN OLD TIMER COMPLAIN ABOUT 3 MONTHS, DID YOU USE PENCIL TOO? I JUST NEEDED TO VENT I AM SO TIRED OF ALL THE HOOPS ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH JUST TO DO SOMETHING WE LOVE. I was thinking the same thing! I always expect to read "When I took the test back in '72, we had 400 questions, took the test with a pencil and walked up hill to get there! AND WE LIKED IT!"

thnx twarlik, we don't have the option in CA to look on the pearson webpage, if we did i wouldn't be so stressed, thanks for your replies everyone. i will just sits and wait no other choice

I took my boards on the 3rd of November, and haven't heard anything yet. I'm pretty sure I failed. I went to the last time I looked was 198 in 4 hours and they shut me off. It's cruel to make a person wait so long.
