NCLEX 2016 HELP!!

I was wondering if anyone has taken the new NCLEX 2016 yet and if you could tell me what its like. I have been studying with NCLEX mastery and ATI reviews, plus Hurst. I passed ATI RN predictor and HESI to graduate. Are the questions similar or is NCLEX completely off the wall questions. Just wandering if anyone remembers what NCLEX is heaviest on.

Hello,

I took NClex about 3 weeks ago. NCLEX is all about safety and prioritization or at least for me. Keep the client safe, and knowing what to do first on any given situation. good luck!

Took NCLEX Monday and passed with 75 questions. I used NCLEX Mastery but I feel that ATI/VATI was the key. NCLEX 2016 was very similar to ATI. Not supposed to give examples of questions, so I won't. If you did good on ATI Comp Predictor, you should be good.
