I graduated LPN school in July, 2015. I recently found out that I will be LUCKY to take my boards in December, 2015. Can anyone help me with this? How can they make you wait that long? I know the ADN students that graduated in May still haven't received their ATT. Is this really normal to have a 5-6 month wait to take boards? Would I be wrong to contact the NCBSN with my concerns?

I would take the first available date you can, and yes it may be 5-6 months. It is also reliant on your school to get the information together that you need for your ATT.
This is a school issue--they need to get you what you need. I would contact them and find out when it is that they plan on sending the required information.
Not sure what ails schools these days, but any number of them are cutting staff and combining offices.....and that leads to wait times for students who need to take licensing exams.
And just as an aside, you are sure that your school did not lose their credentials, correct? Otherwise, it is an issue that you need to contact the school about.

Ncsbn has nothing to do with it. Check with your school first.
