Nclex cut of at 79!

First off, this is my second time taking Nclex-Rn. I took it once before and it went all the way to 265! I solely studied Saunder's and the flash cards that went it. Well i walked out feeling horrible and sure enough i failed.

Well fast forward to today. I decided that if i couldn't pass with that huge book then i needed to try something else. So this time i signed up and did the online Hurst review. I did not know everything from Hurst like they say you have to, however, i feel as though it gave me better understanding in content areas that i was lacking in. My Q reviews were: 91, 87, 92, 98, 96, and lastly 93. I also decided since Hurst is not a question bank review that i wanted extra questions to help me see if i was actually gaining a better understanding. So, i purchased PDA by Lacharity and it helped so much. My scores were anywhere from 65-87%. It really helped me understand "who would you see first" types of questions. I also had a little app on my iphone called Nclex Mastery which was also awesome!

Well after all that studying, my computer screen went blue at 79 Qs. I didn't know exactly how to feel. I kind of felt "at peace" bc i knew it was over. I didnt know if i passed, but i was so glad it was just over. I ended up having 15 SATA, 3 Drag and Drop, 1 EKG, and all the rest were multiple choice.

Ive been dreading the PVT bc last time when it went to the CC page my heart was broken. I checked it today...probably 8 hours after my test, lol. I got "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

I know thats a good sign, but I WILL be paying for the quick results on Sunday! Keep me in your thoughts bc i am so ready to join the RN profession! I know there are some wonderful ladies and gentlemen out there!

That indeed is a good sign as it is the "good popup" that is much talked about. I certainly hope for your sake that you did indeed pass!
