If you pass, you apply for reciprocity to be RN on Vermont. I know the cali won't forward the requirements you passed, because you filed the application on their board. You don't need those requirements if you already pass. My sister passed the Cali and had the reciprocity to be licensed on Jersey. Goodluck! God bless!

The new rule means if you fail you will not be allowed to resit without a SSN. You currently can not change your status from tourist visa to work visa or immigrant visa if you are the main applicant and you haven't married a USC. Generally if you go to another state you have to meet their requirements and usually docs have to go direct from your school. You could ask CA if they will forward your stuff but they may not be accepted by the receiving party. Only NCLEX has reciprocity if you have a license you still have to meet state requirements and that will differ from each state.
