Nclex application

I just moved here in U.S and planning to take NCLEX at NY. According to NY BON I need to go through CGFNS for verification of documents and credentials. I received an email from CGFNS stating they received my application and they're just waiting for the response from the license authority and my school.

I'm confuse about their email telling me to be sure that I also submitted an application for licensure to NY State Education Department, anyone can enlighten me what kind of form I need to send? I thought CGFNS will send the forms to NY BON. can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance.

    CVS takes ~6 months to process. You need to apply to the NYBoN for a nursing license by examination as an internationally educated nurse and pay required fees and take the additional continuing education on child abuse.

    NYS Nursing:Application Forms RN & LPN

    CGFNS only verifies your credentials and forwards to the BoN for review and processing. Once processed and approved by the BoN you need to register and pay Pearson Vue to take the NCLEX.

    So I need to download the FORM 1 and send it to NY BON? No need to wait for CGFNS response?
