Hey every one...I am going to try and take NC 4 in around 3 weeks. Is there any notes or advice available? I haven't seen much talk about nc 4...does that mean it wasn't a hard test? J

I thought NC 3 was the hardest. I think that NC 4 is Cardiac and Renal. I worked Cardiac and Renal floor in hospital and test was pretty easy for me.

I recently took NC4. It wasn't that difficult. I got a B. Half of it was cardiac and respiratory, which I had no problem with because of my EMS experience and ACLS. This exam also covers alittle bit of congenital anomalies such as cystic fibrosis, spina bifida, cerebral palsy and others. There is also a lot of cancer and abnormal cell growth. Some content I recall are: managing the side effects of chemo and radiation, CBC's, nutrition, risk factors for different types of ca, and preventing complications such as infections, bleeding, and lymphedema.
