how to nail the interview?

I have two weeks left before I have my interview with the panel. I'm already practicing a few public speaking skills with a few of my family members to help me use eye contact and counting how many times I use "um" and "like" while talking. My question is how can I nail the interview out of this park? What exactly are the interview panel grading you on when it comes to answering the questions? Thank you for your time.

Thank you RunBabyRN :)

For the future (like your first job) YouTube has a ton of interview videos on every kind of interview. I found them to be so helpful. They talked about things I had never thought of, but I made sure I was ready for those types of questions and they were asked!

It seems like I can't PM you. Anyways, I have an interview coming up for public health nurse which I really want. I have never had a PHN interview so I am not sure what to expect. From my experience, I am not great with interviews. I have had a few interviews for nursing positions I really wanted, however, I didn't nailed them. During the interviews, I get nervous and sort of blank out. Does your offer of practice still stand? If yes, I would appreciate any advice/tips/ etc.

Denice please message me!
