Usually your not asked what you will accept

Just start job hunting and pray someone calls you back

those were my thoughts!

your job search may take some time and result in several disappointments. but be patient and stay diligent, and don't lose sight of the fact that your first job may be sort of a "dues paying" gig....you know, lousy pay, crummy hours, etc.

hang in there and good luck!

The job market for new, inexperienced LVNs in the greater Los Angeles area is absolutely horrid due to the economy. Therefore, if you even happen receive any offers, you must accept whatever pay rate they're offering you because beggars cannot afford to be choosers. However, keep in mind that that a job offer might not immediately occur due to the crappy local job market. Good luck to you!
