Moving

I've been a RN almost a year. We are wanting to move to Florida in about 3 years. I have no idea the process of getting a Florida license or how to get a job out of state. Amy helpful tips would be appreciated! Thank you

    Well first you apply for the job/position you want and get you license endorsed. The FLBON lists the steps of endorsement on their website but being 3 years out, I wouldn't worry about either of those things at the moment.
