Mountain View Spring 2020 application.

Hello everyone I am just starting a thread to see if anyone else plans on applying to Mountain View in the fall for spring 2020. Or anyone who goes there how many points should I strive for to get into the programs. Hope to hear from y’all.

Thank yall. Definitely helps. Hope we all get accepted!!! How long was the interview part time wise without the professional writing?

You get 30 minutes for the writing part. My interview lasted maybe ten minutes or shorter. Also, have a couple questions to ask them at the end.

What kind of questions should be asked?

Anything that you’re curious about regarding the program. Things like what is the student culture like. Or do they have any partnerships with universities, or when can you be expecting to hear back. Ask something, anything. Also you can google questions to ask.

Just in case anyone wants to take advantage: both Brookhaven and Mountain View have a concurrent BSN pipeline with UT Elpaso and Texas Tech. The requirement is that you must have 45 credits of any kind and be accepted into the RN program of either MV and BH. Pipeline program is entirely done online until BSN is obtained and there's no need for traveling to Elpaso.

Also, You can take two of those classes while in the program at MVC, and they pay for it ?

Interview today was good. I was a bit nervous but I think I did okay. I was told that we should hear by the end of this week or next week.

I don't know about the UT El Paso. I applied to Texas Tech El Paso. Where did you info about UT El Paso?

There isn't a program with UTEP. Whoever posted that, I guess is confusing the Texas Tech campus.

They sure are taking their sweet time letting us know if we are accepted or not ?
