Montefiore - Einstein ED Interview

I received a phone call from the NM of Montefiore's ER dept (Einstein) for an interview, uhm 2 days from now. Several questions:

1.) What questions were asked?

2.) How long does it take to get an answer from NM and HR?

3.) How much pay for day shift for an RN with 3 years exp and board certified in Med-Surg

4.) Parking

5.) Differences between Moses and Einstein

6.) How long is the fellowship?

7.) benefits?

8.) Do I meet HR after? I received a phone call directly from the NM which I thought was odd.

I think that's it for now, LOL. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hey did you get the job offer?

HI. Yes, I did. It took 4 months to get officially hired, but yes.

CONGRATS on the job! How are you liking it so far? Any tips on applying and getting hired? I took the tests (100% on both) and interviewed in 2013 then the job opening was given to an internal applicant and I was never updated on anything. I kept contacting the recruiter, who eventually left and have not had a chance to re-interview still. Any tips would be appreciated. Also do they provide 100% tuition reimbursement still?

Sorry for the late reply. It's union so basically if an internal applicant applies they will most likely get the position. The still reimburse up to 18 credits a year. I applied online and the hiring manager is someone I worked with at my previous job so that is how he picked up my resumé. Unfortunately, you need someone inside to get you in but apply online. You never know.
