Can someone tell me the steps or procedure on how to transfer a client from bed to wheelchair, chair to wheelchair etc.. And please include video links where i can watch it. Thank you very much.

Watch it over again. There is only one way to do transfers correctly. It's not like there are a whole bunch of ways and then you choose the way you like best.
