10 minute Interview Presentation...where to start?!

Hiya!

I have an interview for a band 6 job (im currently a band 5), i only have 1 week to prepare a 10min power point presentation entitled:

"What leadership skills are required in the development of the band 6 staff nurse"

:confused: at first glance i thought this would be quite easy but im realy strugling to get my head around it. I've never had to do a presentation for an interview before either, so im also at a loss on how to set it out!

If anyone can help me at all i would be very greatful :)

    Tinkerbell have a look at the blog link in my signature, there is interview help for qualified nurses in there and I've covered some of the things you may find useful

    I don't have time to post any more right now but will be a little more useful Sunday or Monday when I'm back from my trip
