Might've passed?!

Hi Y'all,

First of all, I am so thankful for all the support and advice that is provided through this website. Honestly, it helps so many of us maintain our sanity during this crazy process!!

I took my Nclex-RN on the 1/3/15, it was grueling to say the least!! Currently I am at the edge of my seat waiting for the results, unfortunately the state of California takes it's sweet time plus no quick results. My last 5 questions were consecutive SATA type questions. I have tried the Pearson Vue trick and have gotten the good pop up”. If anyone has any advice on the length of time California BON takes to post results it would be truly appreciated:)

God Bless!

I got the good pop up 48 hours and I didn't see my name posted till exactly four days after my exam. so, sit tight. It will be posted.

Thank You!!

It kind of depends upon if you paid for the IP or not. If you got the IP, it should take less than a week. If not, could take up to 3 weeks. I had an IP and my license numbers showed up about 36 hours after I took the exam. Some classmates of mine that didn't do the IP have had to wait up to 3 weeks for their license to be issued.

Thank you for making me aware of the possibility that it may take longer than expected.

Unfortunately, I do not have an IP:(

Basically they have to do the processing necessary to ensure that you're actually eligible to be licensed and once they have that info all together, they'll issue you yours. It could take less time than that, but it really depends upon their workload. Keep an eye on BreEZe and/or NurSys as California does send license info there. If memory serves, as soon as I saw my license numbers on BreEZe, I think I was also able to see it on NurSys. My IP does not, however, show up on NurSys as the IP isn't a license.

Thank you for explaining the process, I was completely unaware of the faster processing with an IP!!

I am definitely going to be constantly checking the websites:)

Anything on your side yet?!

Hey do you know how many questions you . I found this post idk if it's an accurate .

took mine on a saturday. It cancelled by Sunday and my license popped in on Tuesday. they say 48 business hours, but I noticed with my friends that the number of questions really affected how fast the license posted. We alllllll got the good pop up but those who got 75 questions, license posted right at 48 hours. Those who got between 100-150 posted in 4 days and those who got all 265, posted after almost 7 days to up to 2 weeks. So the good pop up works(I did it 6 times) it's just a matter of time until your license posts. The hardest is waiting! So the answer to your question, is yes theoretically a whole day after your interim permit cancels you should know. No guarantees though.

Hey rubiya.. Any update on your end ? . I checked the BRN again this am still nothing.
