Micro as distant ed class??

I was curious to know if anyone had taken micro as a cable class. My college offers it as a distance education class, with a lab on campus.

I am taking it because it fits into my schedule better, but now I am starting to wonder...

I have heard even if you take micro in-class this paticular prof shows the dvd that would be shown on the cable channel...so I guess either way I will be watching a movie??

I havent heard of micro on cable, but I have heard of it as an online class. Make sure it has a lab and you should be fine. Sounds like the prof likes the DVD player! Haha!!!

I'm getting ready to take both Micro and A&P II via distance ed. The lectures are via audio phone conference and A&P II labs are done on the computer. I know for Micro, I'll have to travel to the campus at my own expense for a week for labs.

I haven't gotten much info beyond that but if you are a dedicated student, you will probably be ok.
