Methodist HOpsital

hey all, i have a question for those that live in the houston area ... or have worked at methodist hospital. i have just received an offer for a ft 12hr day position at methodist hospital in the medical center. is this a good hospital to work for, are they good to there employee's or is it somewhere that i should stay away from. in order to take this position i would need to relocate there so any comments on the hospital and working for the hospital would be greatly appreciated :)

thanks

dani
