Im in my second semester as far as reading ahead I would just take this time to relax .. all the classes are easy first semester except physio Its not a hard class but you just have to keep up with the material. You can buy the book bought I only used it as a reference, You should buy a tape recorder, she will give you guys the powerpoints, and take good notes. You guys are going to be fine just go to every class and study hard.. Anatomy is super easy just study.. Math is an easy class aswell study study study and you will do good :) hope this helps .

Hey guys congrats on those who have been recently accepted!!! I just finished my first semester, and it was a great experience. Im going to the kendall campus and it was overwhelming at times, but you learn in this program to push yourself through times that may seem impossible. I made great friends that were supportive. TIPS: Physio make sure you pay attention through out lecture, study her powerpoints and I used the book as a reference, Anatomy- You are given the material the first day of class bring colored pencils also study hard, Math for those who are in kendall study weekly because theres a 99% chance you will have weekly quizzes, the other 2 classes are easy just keep up with the deadlines. Main priority: Physio alot of my friends used recorders I didnt and I did well :) Also I bought a rolling bookbag. Just remember that the semester will fly by and just keep your self motivated, and have fun while your at it. Make time for yourself, and stay strong.! yes i bought 2 scrubs from the nsu uniform store, i spent like 82 bucks on both with embroidery. i also purchsed the lab coat. i bought some which crocs for shoe wear and i had a g shock and a scope that my mom gave me. i already completed my vaccines/ background check. the only thing im pending is to pay my tuition which i will do next week and books. i will purchase my books next week when i get paid. so many expenses!!!!! lol im trying to get the least amount of debt possible. i received financial aid, scholarship and i got a gov't loan. so my expenses are covered. it will be worth it in two years when we are all graduating together =] we will look back at this and smile. well if anything email me [email protected] im attending kendall but if anything shoot me an email. go sharks!!!

hey well im buying the books hopefully next pay check. I look on amazon and for all books it was $300.00 - _ -. So Im not sure to wait till orientation just to make sure because maybe we dont need all those books? Any one have any suggestions

I actually spoke to the coordinator yesterday and for kendall students we are getting our schedules Monday. I want to know if there are any kendall students that have received their schedules?

hey cast g9 i think you have a good chance i mean you have a high gpa, and all your pre reqs will be completed by the end of winter. just make sure you send them revised transcripts, have your application complete with deposit , basically all the items checked off for review.but nova takes a while to respond but there have been some people who have known within a couple weeks. also are you applying for davie campus or kendall campus? best of luck & stay positive go sharks
