I aggree with you totally NikiChiki. If you've never used this type of math before, this is a "different kind of Math". Once you learn it, it's fine.

Someone needs to get a sense of humor.

I thought someone out there might see where I was coming from. :yeah:

I appreciate the support. For the record, I havent been in high school for well over 30 plus years. I just wish that a counselor would have leaked this out so I would have had time to prepare...so that I wouldnt be stressing as much as I am right now. The counselor said, dont worry it is easy and very slow. Since I have read many threads on the board...I dont agree with her but then again maybe she just didnt know. Anyhow, I know most of us will be busy once classes begin but I will let you know how the math is for me.

Thanks again so much for the much needed support.

You will be just fine. In a few months you will be wondering why you ever got worked up about the math. You will have many other things to be worked up about!:coollook:

It's been a year now. I wonder how these ladies fared.

I am math challenged. Our lvn school required us to learn dosage and calculations, the book we used is easy and simple by Jane Rice- medications and mathematics for nurses.
