MED-SURGE Certification

Any suggestions for study materials for the Medical-Surgical Certification or how to prepare for this exam? I do not know of any nurses with this certification so any information/ suggestions/ directions etc. would be greatly appreciated :)

I was hoping to get some idea of what worked for people or experiences. So much information on Google I doesn't want to invest my time in something that others had bad experience with :)

I just ordered the book from the ANCC website. I know they also have review questions. I have heard the lipincott review helped alot of people pass.

I plan on taking mine in a few months.

Which one, the RN-BC or the CMSRN? Both tests are similar but different as are the different "governing bodies"...

The RN-BC. My workplace (VA) prefer the RN-BC and will reimburse me for it.
