Math through Rio?

I have to take Math 141 to get one of the prereqs out of the way for RN-BSN.. I know its in the far future, but I want to get everything done asap.

I did pretty good in Math 121, but that was in a classroom setting. Im paranoid about getting all A's & I will be taking one other summer class as well. Any advice? Is math really that different in lecture from online?

THANKS :)

Do you mean MAT 142? I am taking it in person this semester at MCC and its a total joke. You learn about computing taxes, converting inches to cm, stocks, percentages, etc. Its like life math. I am pretty good at math and did ok at 120, and I am getting a 100% in 142. Go for it online, you should be fine!!!

well if the math is with mymathlab like the other math classes i have taken through RIO and you did well in 121 then I'd say itd be easy for you.

you do need the ti-83 or 84 for this class. I was so mad that I had to buy it for this last math class, and you hardly use the special functions. but you do end up using it. good luck!
