how many points

If you are salaried, how many points are you required for full time benefits?

27 pts, all Oasis are worth 2 pts each.

30 points, each visit is 1 point, regardless of oasis, reg visit, rc etc.

Does it mean 30 SOC a week??? No Way !

We require 30 point a week, with regular visits and Discharge Oasis 1 point. SOC, ROC, Recert 2 points and all paperwork due within 24 hrs. We are in Plano, TX .

Our SOC is 2 points. 15 per week. 3 per day. One agency I worked for required 37 points. Non medicare patients may not have the lengthy OASIS assessment but insurance companies may require it. All of our patients have OASIS assessments.

So, total 30 point per week ?

We are required 30/week. We get 2 for our weekly IDT meeting which makes for a late start to the day. 2 for SOC & 1.5 for recert, ROC, & discharge (if there's a oasis to do). Our CMs don't do many SOCs or ROCs because we have RNs that only do them & do not have a case load. Depending on census, we help each other out.

30/ week

SOC = 2.75 pts

Recert = 1.75

Roc = 2.25

Oasis D/C = 1

Routine SN visit = 1 pt
