I am currently an LVN and have been since 2009. In 2013, I was charged with (and later convicted) a DWI in the state of Texas. I just completed an ADN program so all I need to do is take my test. But in my application, I didn't mention my charge because I hadn't finished my stipulations for probation so I didn't have any documents to turn in. My LVN license expires in late June so I'm going to have to figure out what I need to do to get my application in and be able to work! What do I do? What do I say in my letter to the TBON? Help, please!
